With former Jaga Jazzist members Morten Qvenild and Jorgen Munkeby, now of Shining, opening for their former outfit, this evening at London’s Mean Fiddler promised to be rather hot, and with the two bands well and truly in their element on stage, hot it was indeed.

Lost in some North London suburb, Barden’s Boudoir played unlikely host to a perfectly oiled performance from Portland, Oregon’s Jackie-O Motherfucker. The audience was treated to a feast of chaotic disjointed moments in pure Jackie-O style.
