NEWS: 310 announce new album

American electronic outfit have just announced details of their first release since their 2003 album Recessional (Leaf). The band, formed of Seattle-based Joseph Dierker and Tim Donovan, who officiate from New York, have been refining their intricate blend of found sounds, hip-hop-infused beats and acoustic and electronic instrumentations since 1997, and
The new album, entitled Sixes and Sevens, will be released digitally on Conduit Records in the near future, with a limited version of the album made available on CD. The album is said to feature a much wider and cinematic sound and will feature a guest spot from A Tribe Called Quest’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad and beats provided by percussionist and producer Ralph Rolle.
